Service Guidelines
HAZ is a grassroots organization, but a professional organization nonetheless. We remain conscientious of time constraints that our volunteers and/or staff face while serving with us, as a result of other primary life commitments. However, we still call for the highest standards of service from all our volunteers. We aim to build a highly effective and efficient service organization, that benefits people in dire need, in real and practical ways, and in doing so, we hope to contribute significantly towards turning around the trends of an epidemic that continues to be deadly to Zimbabweans, particularly those in Zimbabwe. As such it is paramount that the organization upholds the highest professional standards possible, and that its members dedicate themselves fully (within limits of their primary life’s demands of-course) to the role they volunteer to play on HAZ.
